Park Health & Safety Protocol

Greetings Fellow Ozians...

As we reopening the park to Private Tours & our annual Autumn at Oz festival, we want you to have an OZ-mazing time and feel safe when visiting, so we developed an extensive coronavirus reopening plan – new processes and enhanced procedures throughout the park to help reduce the spread of germs and viruses.

We’re all in this together and by working together you can safely and confidently enjoy the magic of Oz and many smiles that Land of Oz Theme Park can deliver.

The following provides you with essential information for what you will need to do before you arrive, what you’ll see and experience when you arrive, and how to make the most of your visit—safely—when you get here.

Before Leaving Home

While planning your trip to the park, please take a moment to self-assess for any potential COVID-19 symptoms. If you need to reschedule your visit for another day please contact Showpass immediately. This also includes having been exposed to or experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 10 days of your ticketed day.

What to Pack Before You Arrive

  • Your tickets via mobile app or printed tickets.

    • Be sure to take advantage of the Showpass App to combine all your purchased tickets, products, and add-ons. This will make for a speedy check-in. You can download the app on apple or android devices and log in.

  • A face covering for each guest age 5 years and older. All guests age 5 and older are encouraged to wear a face-covering while indoors unless actively eating or drinking. Face coverings should completely cover the nose and mouth, and not have exhalation valves or vents, which allow virus particles to escape. See the CDC Mask Guide for recommendations.

  • Contactless payment methods (the festival is cash-less this year) such as credit or debit cards. Some vendors will accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Appropriate footwear and clothing. The festival is wind, rain, or shine. Be sure to check out the weather day-of your purchased ticket reservation.
